Introduction~
Oran Creative Crafts is an organisation formed by 9 individual craft workers on the island of Iona, off the west coast of Scotland. We first started selling our products at craft fairs held monthly during the 2003 season. This proved so successful that we formed a co-operative which went on to lease a permanent shop at the St. Columba Steadings on the road to the Abbey. Click here to see some pictures of our shop.

The 9 individuals involved produce a range of quality goods and products and hope to develop their interests and skills through this project. Our shop is open during the main summer season and, during the quieter winter period, is available as a workshop for members of our co-operative to use.

Browse and buy from a selection of our most popular products here at our online shop. These include Cards, Prints, Polished Stones, Knitwear, Candles, Soaps, Copperwork and Jewellery, all made on Iona by local people.

A percentage from every sale is ploughed back into the group to meet the costs associated with running the shop.

Payment Methods

1. We accept most major credit and debit cards via Paypal. You no longer have to register with PayPal to use this service.
   
2. All transactions will be processed in UK Sterling. International online order currency conversion will be handled by your credit card company at the prevailing exchange rate at that time.
   
3. We are not VAT registered therefore Value Added Tax has not been added to your shopping.
   
4. If you prefer to pay for your order offline, please fill in the order form, print it and post it to us with a cheque (in Sterling) for the total, including postage and packaging. Your order will not be sent until we have received payment. Please do not email credit card details as emails are not secure.
   
5. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers.

Items up to 500g £2.00
Items up to 1000g £3.50

For European orders:
Items up to 100g £1.00
Items up to 500g £3.50
Items up to 1000g £6.50

International orders:
Items up to 100g £1.50
Items up to 500g £5.50
Items up to 1000g £10.00

Each item in the shop has been weighed and the total for shipping will be adjusted automatically as you add items to your basket.
